Exercises
Barbell Squat: 135x8, 205x5, 135x8
Seated Leg Curl: 55x10, 70x10, 70x10
Single Leg Extension: 60x10, 60x10, 60x10

Cybex Calf Raise: 80x10, 80x10, 80x10 , 80x10

-Notes
-Ate a banana pre workout.
-The 205 squat felt really heavy and on the 5th rep I almost got stuck in the hole lol the last rep was a grinder.
