After chest day on Monday I took the rest of the week off.
just checked my stats today 11-4-2012.
9/30/2012
arms: 16.1 (+.8 inches)
chest: 38.11 (+.11 inches)
forearms: 13.2 (+.2 inches)
shoulders: 50 (+ 1.3 inches)
legs: 24
calves: 15.10 (+.6 inches)
11/04/2012
arms: 16.4 (+.3 inches)
chest: 39.3 (+.4 inches)
forearms: 13.3 (+.1 inches)
shoulders: 50.5 (+ .5 inches)
legs: 25.1 (+ 1.1 inches)
calves: 16 (+.2 inches)
progress is slowing down but it's still going on so i'm cool with it, i have to push it even harder now.

Wow, your workout is doing well. Since how long you are doing exercise? And what time you take to do the exercise, ah hour, two hour or how much?

I usually take around 25-40 minutes a workout

Incline DB Fly (with twist): 30x10, 30x10, 30x10

Rope Pushdown: 50x8, 40x8, 40x8
-Notes
-Incline BB Bench Press went up by 20 pounds. Got a good pump in my chest from this workout.
-Workout lasted 40 minutes
