Nice job anyways bro. Yeah, I always equate decline press to a 3 board. Between the limited ROM and the angle you unrack the weight with, you can really sling up the slag iron! That's why I hate declines because I can always hold a ton more weight than I could press with, and it doesn't help me flat bench anything extra.

I've done Decline for such a long time now ( atleast a year ) because of my shoulder . I was afraid to go back to the flat bench. I do know that it has gone up in weight , I mean 285 felt nice , I will go up 10 lbs next week and should nail it. So even thou it's lighter - it's still heavier in a way.
Sure does take some time getting use to the ROM.

^^^^Electric shock equals hitting a nerve. You sure want to avoid that. One one hand you can have nereves being impinged and restricted by soft-tissue adhesions, etc..so getting those loosened up is good for the nerves. But hitting a nerve directly can result in very bad times.
Once I hit the sciatic nerve...hurt for a month and a half.
But it sounds like your are okay. You have to be careful with the more focal implements like med balls and such and it may be a bit early to concentrate on that. Perhaps stick to basic foam rolling for the large areas for now.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Sounds good - I picked up some tennis balls today , so atleast I can bring them to the gym with me ( can't wait until I have my own gym ! ) My Roller is a bit to big , so I will either use it before I go or once I'm home. I only used the medicine ball cause that's all they have there. I found it more akward anyways !
Like i said it was an interesting feeling and by no means am I in any pain from that , but I can see how hitting the sciatic nerve would cause some .

Be careful on the bench there big man! You should ask someone around your gym to spot you if you're lifting that close to your max. Sounds like you're fine, but you know... safety first!

I know what your saying IW and I usually do , just got caught this time .
So the plan for today was to Max out my squat , but I had meetings at work that lasted all day - Up at 6am. I'm so use to working the night shift that when i got home I had to lay down for a bit. So I put todays workout on hold and will do it tomorrow in the am sometime.
Here's a video of my Boxer that Tammy took today. Just something I thought was funny.

Oct 9th
Warm up to my 1RM
Box Squat 1RM @ 500
Then 315 for 6 and 225 for 8 ( with no rest )
Went and did some Pull Thru's
3x8 with 140
I was spent after hitting these squats - Couldn't do much more. I did go on the eliptical for about 20 mins after and then went in the pool and hot tub.
Eating Now .
I know I need to work on my form , but this was heavy !
