FUCK YA!!! I found my max here folks...Now I will spend some time stretching out my shirt and slowly increasing my weights. I will also be working on my lock outs
With the two board 500 I def found some weak spots , but my spotter swears he didn't help at all even though he never took his hands off the bar. I do trust him and could feel that I did it.
I did two sets of floor presses with 185 and some tricep work after , but I was spend by the end of the 500.
