DE(lower) Speed squat 255 x 8x3 Front Squat 4x6 @ 225 Good Mornings 4x10 @ 245 Pull Throughs 4x12 @ 120 Ab roller 4x10 from knees. Speed was good ( I think , will try and get the video up later ) Weight was good on all sets. Diet has been so-so. Will be better when scheduale clears up a bit. At work it's great at home it's not :D |
