Few days behind.
Feb 4th Band Squats 135 / 185 8x2 with green bands Front Squats 2x10 @ 225 Good Mornings 3x6 @ 225 Abs Feb 9th Flat Bench 4x15 ( 135 , 185 , 225 ,225 ) Flat DB bench 3x5 w/ 100's Flys 3x12 w/ 60's Dips 3x10 One Arm Pulldowns 3x12 w/ 50 -------------------------------------- Things should start to get better now as my house is DONE !!! Well , are part anyways. Floors are in. Just need to get the painters in to finish off. Then we can start to put things back to normal. |

Thanks all. Feels like forever - if it wasn't for the wife pushing me I don't think it would even be close to finished !

Squats ( on the mono lift ) 135 x 10 135 x 8 185 x 6 225 x 4 285 x 3 315 x 3 365 x 2 405 x 1 (knee wraps and belt) 455 x 1 495 x 1 535 x 1 585 x 1 ( a bit high ) Went over to the cage to do some 1/2 - 1/4 squats and lock outs 535 x 5 (1/2 squat) 585 x 5 (1/2 squat) 635 x 4 (1/4 squat) 685 x 3 (needed help with the lift off , but nailed 3 good Lock outs. aprox 3" lift held for a good 3 seconds and came down very slow) Good workout - Took about 1 1/2 hrs between the two of us. |
Nice squats. It must be nice to have a mono. :p Our gym is getting one priced by a guy that makes them, so maybe we'll have one before too much longer.
