DE squat Speed squats 10x2@285+60lb chains Deadlift Abs Started off doing speed deads, but got caught up in it and went for a max. 535x1 - grip work has been paying off as I was able to hold it for a good 10seconds at the top |

May 4th Worked up to a 1RM Suspended Good Morning = 445. went for 495 and failed Zerch Squats 1x10 @ 135 2x5 @ 225 Dragged the sled for about 280m ( total ) added 2 45's and pulled on pavement. Long strides x 2 Quick sprints x 2 Backwards x 2 Shoulder work x1 Lat Work x 1 Each way was aprox 35m |

Shitty workout yesterday. ME Bench Shirted up to a 1RM of 405 - The shirt was a big one , so it didn't give me much suport. No one in the gym so I had to use this one in order to put in on myself. Incline Press 2x15 @ 135 ( front delt work ) Side Raises Tricep pushdowns |

Speed squats 8x2@245+green bands(50-70lbs per side) 10" lock outs( in cage) 355x3 445x3 535x3 625x3 675x3 715x2 GM's 2x5@225 Abs Not a bad workout, lock outs felt great |
May 10th
Missed my DE bench day. First miss in a long time. May 11th ME squat Worked up to 495 x 1 , then jumped right up to 585 and failed. All done with wraps only. Took to big of a jump and couldn't come back up. I made a few inches and failed. Didn't have my regular training partners either.... SSB good mornings 3x10 with 45's on each side. Ended with abs. Felt tire today and not really in the mood to be there |
