Thanks. Yes I do wear a belt. I put it on around 315-350. Try to go as long as I can without wraps also.

You know . I'm strongly thinking about taking a week or two off bench ( atleast heavy bench ) and get my elbow healed up with 2x a week massages. I don't think my bench will suffer to much ( fuck it can't go down much more ) and it certainly aint going up with this small injury.

Been a week since I've lifted and came back strong.
May 18th
Par box squats
265x5
315x3
365 x3
405x2
455 x1
495x1(suit with straps down)
535x1(suit down,wrapped the knees)
585x1 full gear. failed to do it myself had a light spot.
625 ( didn't touch the box about 2" away)
625 ( fuckin nailed it to depth . True PR!!!)
GM's 225 by 5,5,3
Pull throughs 140 , 10,12,12
Standing abs 160. 20,20,20
Felt great to come back and get that 625 to depth with no spot.

Thanks all !
May 20th
Warm-up to 315 , put shirt on and did 3 reps to a 2 board
365x3 - 2 board
405x2 - 2 board
405x2 - 1 board
405x1 - touch ( wasn't able to press it 100% on my own )
405x3 - 3 board - also failed to get all three on my own - Very beat by this point.
One Arm Cable Tri Pushdowns 3x15
Floor presses
265 x 2
225 x 6
185 x 12
205 x 8
Face Pulls , Low Cable Rows , Hammer Curls ( all done for a few sets each )
Not to happy with this , but touching with 405 is ok and the shirt is starting to break in nice.

You got a new shirt?
I must have missed that, what did you get? and how long do you think it takes to break in gear in general?
