June 15th

ME squat

Worked up to 625 to par
Tried 650 , but failed.

bunch of extra's

June 18th

ME bench

worked upt to 315x1
incline db press 3x5 w/ 100's

some tri's and back to finish

Took it easy with the bench as I haven't done any in almost 3 weeks !

June 20th

Speed Squats 8x2 @ 315 ( just briefs ) No bands ! 30-45 sec rest.

Back Extensions
Standing Abs
Leg Raises

DONE !

Not a bad workout for 5am , just it was cut short

June 21st (5am)

Speed Bench 8x3 with 185 and Monster Mini's ( wrapped three times ) Speed was good.

Did some shoulders ( front and back raises )and tri's ( pushdowns and close grip press) .

June 23rd

Worked up to a 1RM on Deadlift . 500x1. This will be my first or second lift in my meet , then hopefully hit 525.

GM's 3x5 225,285,285
Pull Throughs 3x12 w/ 90
Hanging ab raises 2x5
Standing side chops 3x12

June 25th

ME bench - Suited worked up to 465 ( Touched , but didn't pressing it all the way)

Toar my shirt so I wont be using that on my day ! Hopefully they will take it back and send me a new one , only bigger.

My bench is my weakest lift by far and now I have to use a different shirt on comp day , so hopefully I can get a few training days in with something before that .

Did a bunch of extras after !

June 30th

Another bench workout. Used Monster Mini's and workout up to 225 x1 ( raw ) these mini's were doubled up so the tension was aprox 100lbs up top.

Did a 3 board 315x5 , 335 x 3 and 345 x1
then some banded face pulls , tri pushdowns and rows.

My training is kind of messed up with days so I'm going to go as hard as I can when i can for the next 2 weeks , then take time off .

July 1st - Happy Canada Day :)

Just playing around in the gym today. Kind of betting board of the same old training so I'm just doing whatever I feel like , while keeping kind of the same routine. Not much longer to go.

Below Par squats with Green Bands ( added 75-100lbs up top)

135x8
225x8
265x6
355x4
445x3 ( aprox 520-545 )

Went over and did some 3/4 lock outs.
445x8
535x5
625x1

Standing Abs
facepulls
Banded GM's
