Good to see you back. How are you feeling now?
I tried the Mstak a long time ago. It made me feel like crap. It might have been that it raised my blood pressure, which would explain the feeling. I'm curious to see if it makes any difference for you. If I found it for very cheap, I would try it again.

Friday Nov 28 I gave myself an extra day off because my shoulders are still sore from that last workout !
DEADLIFT wave 1
3x5 with 355 , 375 , 395
Rack Pulls 3x5 with 355 ( here I tried to use 485 with the new 110 plates , but only got 2 off the rack. I set the pins just below knee level)
Chin Ups 4x10 with bodyweight ( I would add some weight if I had a weight belt)
DB Rows 4x15 with 55's
Back Raises 3x25 body weight only
Abs 4x15 ( reverse crunches )
This was the first time I used the 50kg plates and can sure tell the difference in the weight distribution.
Not sure if it was because it was 5am or because I've been sick and my food intake has not been good at all , but today was a very hard day.

Starting to feel better , still have this cough though.
Dont notice anything from the Mstak yet , but I know it's not as strong as it is in the USA or atleast the old version of it. So we shall see if it works.

Monday Dec 1st -
PHASE 2 - WAVE 1 - BENCH
Bench 3x5 @ 260,280,300
2 board press 3x5 @ 315
DB Bench Press 3x10 @ 75
Dips 1x20 , 1x15 ,1x10 , 1x10
DB Fly's 4x10@ 45's
Tricep Pushdowns 4x15 @ 120
EDIT: Numbers have been changed to what I did. Just as I thought , I died after the board presses. But atleast I hit the numbers for the major lifts. All the extras were done with a lighter weight as I thought.
All in all not a bad workout for 6am.

Dec 3rd
Phase 2 wave 1 - Squat -
3x5-315 , 335 , 355 A2G
Box Squat 3x5 - MISSED !! Two weeks without squatting is to long Lifted , but didn't complete.
Leg Press 4x12 with 360
Leg Extension 4x12 with 120
Leg Curl 4x12 with 140
Sit Ups 4x20
Hamstrings are killing me. Took to much time off. Next week I will repeat these number or go just a bit higher.
Also this was the first time in about 4 months that I''ve done A2G squats instead of box squats. I will be doing these lower squats for the next 3 weeks.

It will be fixed , but not before Christmas which sucks.
The upstairs and the main floor have been ripped apart. Next week we go in and pick our colours and flooring.
Even thou it's a mess it's still better than being in a hotel
