pistols - bw + 5 pounds, 5 x 4

hip extensions - 25, 4 x 15

reverse crunches - 3 x fail

super slow negative on the pistols for kane :) hip extensions felt good...i'm gonna start doing them more than once a week i think. i love them.

surgeon is apparently on vacation...so i won't have news till he gets back. suck.
