Pity I just realized...I'm not sure..but on the anderson squat video it looks like you may have the bar a little too far forward. I can't really tell it's just the impression I get but it looks like it's sitting your your delts.

i fixed it this week :) it was pulling me forward a little bit. didn't hardly have it close to my neck...definitely made it a harder exercise.

loaded planks: +20, 2 x 30 sec.

i even tamed alot of my neck hyperextension.... :) except for one or two reps...i kept it under control....i dunno why it's so hard for me :)

neutral grip floor press: 125 x 6 x 2....105 x 13

wood chops: mini band - 1 x 12
side bends: 35, 1 x 13

facepulls: miniband, 2 x 10

neutral grip floor press is fucking hard.....damn bar makes it tough. went real slow on the facepulls...and kept a hard retraction the entire time.

concentric gm's: 70, 4 x 10

pullups: 27.5, 3 x 5 (pr)



have not slept well the last two nights...not sure what it is...just wake up at 2 a.m. from weird dreams and then think i'm done sleeping :) diets still on par...but...eh....just felt weak today...especially my shoulders....holding up the bar for andersons was very hard for some reason.....kinda pisses me off cuz last week i was firing on all cylinders for these. we'll see what next week brings...ready for some R and R over the weekend. was pretty happy about the pullups...i think +30 for 5 reps is doable next week.
