Wrists seem fine. I'm thinking its an alignment thing. I went through a period where I 'stalled' on mp and had the same sticking point as you, turned out I was a bit off on my alignment and once I corrected that my mp was moving again.

It may not seem like it but its a very technical exercise, alot of people do it wrong. I'm not saying you're doing it wrong for sure, but you might need a little tweak.
