neutral grip floor press - 135, 3 x 5
pushups - +35 x 11
pullups - +10 x 5.....+10, + miniband x 5
pallof press - miniband, 1 x 15 w/ 5 sec hold at end.
some rc stuff with the bodyblade
adding a mini band to the pullups was humbling...and quite fun...definitely build some finishing strength

love the new bar....it adds another component....balancing the bar...it wants to wobble
