ordered chains from www.mcmaster.com i used to order lots of asphalt sheeting from them to sound dampen cars when i was into car audio stuff...lo and behold...they sell chains. 15 feet of 5/8" steel chain...60 pounds worth...cost like $130 shipped...and was here in under 24 hours i love them. only thing was it's 15 straight feet...so dad is taking it to a nearby exhaust shop so they can hit it with the torch and make it (3) 5 foot pieces. so excited...used it today.
3 rounds of this medley:
-60 yard sprint with 60 pounds
-14 overhead walking lunges with 60 pounds
-climb under the chain...15 pushups
-10 pullups...bodyweight
27 minutes total. my adductors hurt already.
