Hell yeah man, its funny cause I never liked it as a kid, when I was a teenager though I couldn't get enough of that stuff ... sugar water man its amazing.

yeah it definately feels good to keep progressing monsta. I do feel like I started really light with the 30's, but I think it was nessisary for form and endurance purposes. Thats one thing i am really impressed with about KB's, I didnt anticipate it working my endurance as much as it has. I mean I'm intentionally doing shorter rest periods, and supper setting to add to that, but its really kicking in.

I've got to pick up another 65lber though, so i can continue to progress ... just so many freakin expenses right now, its killin me.

i feel you. it is super expensive to try and live a healthy type of life style. but once you get into it, it gets addictive and you always want to get more stuff for better results.. i waish i can just hit the lottery so i wont have to do shit all day but work out

hell yeah, If all i had to do on the day to day was get up, eat right, and workout ... I would be in heaven dude. No joke, thats the perfect life, that and the occasional vacation

^^ thanks kane, I'm glad you have a chance to stop in every now and again. I try to do the same, keep up on everyones journals, but its tough to keep track of.

Anyway, I'm very disapointed today, I'm @ 251 this morning. I'm not really sure why I'm not losing, or whats going on with this. I look and feel thinner, people have commented that I'm losing, but I'm still at the same place I was 3 weeks ago. its frustrating as hell, I'm going to post a thread on my diet in the fatloss section and see if ya'll can help me out. That being said i had a good workout last night.

Thursday workout:

clean an press 7x5
alt
bent over row 7x5

lunge 7x6
alt
double snatch 7x6

I cut out the band and forearm work to save on time, my roomates were home and wanted to box. Even though I was dog tired, we got in a few rounds, maybe 15 min of sparring. My clothes were soaked through by the time I finished KB training, and it only got worse from there. Great workout, feeling good today besides the wt thing.
