Wed:
alt military press 6x10
alt
double bent over row 6x10
lunges 6x6
alt
single arm swings 6x10
turkish get ups (l,r) 1x5
banded pull over 2x20
alt
forearm curls 2x20
I switched things up a bit this workout. alt mil press was very easy so I did sets of 10, the same goes for bent over rows. I also switched up the single arm swings, I had been taking a break between arms, today I decided to say to hell with the rest. So to not be misleading, I only did 10 more reps then last week.

Per the fat loss showdown thread, I'm switching my workouts up. I am going for fat loss and endurance now, so I'm incorperating a lot of new stuff, let the fun begin.
swing, clean, press 4x10
overhead squats 4x10
jab swings 2x10
KB woodChop 2x10
I was more or less playing with different movements today, good workout but I'd like to have more structure to it. I'm going to try and get it all figured out before wed's workout.

Wed:
complex 1: single arm swing, single arm snatch and punch 4 sets of 10 (5 right, 5 left no rest between arms).
complex 2: suitcase squat, clean and press 3 sets of 10.
woodchop 2 sets of 10.
roughly 10 minutes of random shit, shadow boxing, band work, foot work with KB's.
10 minutes stretch, after the two complexes my lower back tightened up on me pretty bad, I focused on my hips and legs durrng the stretching, hope it helps.

Saturday:
Complex: swing, high pull, snatch, squat, punch 5 sets of 5.
Supermans 2x12
seal stretch 2x12
achilles, quad, hamstring stretches ect.
I had limited time this morning, but I wanted to get some kind of workout in. The back problems I'm having are most likely from a lack of flexibility in my back and legs, so I'm working to correct that.
