stayed light with the 30's. If I go with the 65's my back tightens right up. I gotta be careful and ease into everything now. Getting old sucks.

Decent workout tonight, started off with some stretching then some complexes, double snatch, press, squat for 3 sets of ten.

Then on to band work for my shoulder, single are pull overs 3x20, and I was shadow boxing between sets which continued into about 10-15 minutes of that. I then ran through some old go ju katas that I for some reason remembered out of nowhere tonight, so I had to do them.

I cooled down then with more stretching, and some supermans, and seal stretches.

I haven't been updating the way i should be, but I have been running, and lifting, here is my workout from last night.

10 min stretch/warm up

single arm clean and press (l,r) 3x5 @65lbs

single arm row (l,r) 3x5 @65lbs

over head squats 5x5 @25lbs

band rehab work, super set with forearm curls

15min stretch/cool down.

it felt very good to go heavy again!

I haven't updated this week because I have martial arts camp coming up this weekend. I have been running and stretching every day, but I haven't hit the weights at all. i dont want to be sore and tight this weekend. I will update with my weight and measurements in the fatloss thread tomorrow. I have a feeling I'm down again with all the cardio i've been doing, and the diet hasnt been bad either!
