it's not what other people think, I seriously don't care, I'm just afraid I wont grow.
|
and do you think you will grow if you keep putting on weight you cant do and having to stop and reset.
|
and do you eat enough to grow
|
That's another thing too, should I be eating 4000 cal a day / the extreme amounts necessary in order to gain muscles when I'm barely challenging myself on the light weights I'm going to now be lifting for 2 weeks until it gets tough?
I don't want to gain fat, like I have been =/ I mean, if this is necessary for growth in the LONG RUN, count me in. Fat or no fat gain... I just want muscle!! :WEIGHT~13: |
will you go to jail if you robbed a bank for 20 dollars instead of 1 million.........................YES
yeah you will eat the same way becuase in all honesty those weights really arent that light for you. dont you think if you are barely getting 110 on the bench 80 pounds isnt that much off a difference especially since you are adding some weight the very next week. if you have to stay on the program longer than needed then do it but start off with something low an dyou will add consistantly with no problem. and realize that some of the weights you are doing arent all that light. if you bench after you squat you will lift a considerable amount less. if you follow directions you will be ok. just listen and stop falling of the straight line |

6/5/08 [B] Squat - 150 Press - 65 Row - 95 All perfect form. |
good job. when 8 weeks have passed you will look at this workout today and think over your stubborness to reduce weight and you will be glad you did listen to those who are wiser than you.
EDIT: why am i spewing so much philosophical BS today??? |
The weights may seem light now but it will come on fast with this program. Don't worry, a couple extra weeks won't kill you. In this case, its the best thing for you.
