That's another thing too, should I be eating 4000 cal a day / the extreme amounts necessary in order to gain muscles when I'm barely challenging myself on the light weights I'm going to now be lifting for 2 weeks until it gets tough?

I don't want to gain fat, like I have been =/

I mean, if this is necessary for growth in the LONG RUN, count me in. Fat or no fat gain... I just want muscle!!
