good job. when 8 weeks have passed you will look at this workout today and think over your stubborness to reduce weight and you will be glad you did listen to those who are wiser than you.

EDIT: why am i spewing so much philosophical BS today???

The weights may seem light now but it will come on fast with this program. Don't worry, a couple extra weeks won't kill you. In this case, its the best thing for you.

I agree. You will look back and say, damn why was I so hard headed about this cause look at what I'm doing now.
