Kind of a personalized 5x5 workout.

Incline D.B. press
70*5*5
incline barbell press
135*2*10
cable crossovers
40*2*10
Tricep Dips
190*5*5
rope pushdowns/overhead ext. (superset)
70*2*10
Ab Roller
1*100

(I don't do Flat benching anymore, I have terrible shoulders from years of powerlifting and Probably poor shoulder genetics)

Been busy, but now im back.

Shoulders-
Shoulder press
95/12, 135/12, 155/10, 195/8, 225/6, 145/15
side laterals
3*(drop sets) 4@30, 4@25, 4@20
Rear delt machine
3*(drop sets) 4@90, 4@75, 4@60
front db raise
25/10, 25/10, 25/10
barbell shrugs
135/15, 135/15, 135/15, 135/15
shrugs holding plate
#45*100reps.
