Squats - 3X10 225, 245, 255 - 1X20 185
Calve raises
Hyperextensions
Gotta love those morning workouts. I had to keep pinching myself before each set to make sure I was awake.

Haha thanks. I meant to have something with a little caffeine in it to wake me up, but I forgot/didn't feel like it. I hate doing upper body in the morning. With legs, I can normally suck it up and get through the workout, but not with upper... Sucks either way. Maybe if I got into a routine it wouldn't be bad, but that would be excruciating until it happened.

Intramural golf tournament tomorrow. Gonna WHOOP...DAT....ASS!! Haha my roommate is going to carry me. I need to get out to the range today and straighten out my drive. I will win the long ball competitions if he doesn't take them. Hoping to break that 370yd PR, but I doubt it will happen tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. We won the only other time we played, and I'm not expecting much competition, so.......the only people that can beat us are ourselves.

Thanks widdoes. I hurt my back at the range this morning. Just kinda tweaked it. So I was grumbling and limping around all day. Played like shit in the tournament, but we still shot even. It was two man captain's choice. Played with the roomie. We came in second...third was two strokes behind. And the winner's were 8 under. Cough cough bullshit. The greens had just been aerated and it was a little ridiculous trying to putt out there. Beautiful day.
I'll have to change Friday's workout...no way I'll be able to go anywhere near heavy, I don't think. Two steps forward...one big step back. I'm getting ready to start cutting in a week or so anyway, so that will be a great excuse to start.

Shoulder press - 3X8 130, 1X10 115
Flat DB press - 3X8 65
Front/lateral raises - 2X8 15
Rotator cuff stuff
Pushup/serratus pressup superset
Liking the standing shoulder press. I had two forced reps (used legs)...they were the last reps on the first and third sets. Which is better than last week, so I'm still progressing. Back feels a little better today, but it's still not right.
I'm going to lower all of my weights on bench press. It's the only thing I've been trying to go really heavy in. And my chest still isn't responding well. So...I'm going to take a step back and concentrate more on form and muscle activation. That approach has worked with everything else, so we will see...
