Funny you should mention running and drinking beer. I've done them at the same time...

So when I was in school in the Military, our class took a day off to go play softball and kick around. I hate softball, so I decided it would be a good time to catch a few laps around the track that circled the baseball fields. Well, softball isn't softball without beer, so I understand, and my classmates were all drinking and having a good time. I was somewhere near a mile and one of my smartass classmates decided I needed a marathon water stop... only with Coors light in a bottle. So as I ran by him the class is all cheering and he hands me a beer. I chug it (not breaking stride) and continue on my way, chucking the bottle into the grass. Thank god that stuff is mostly water. I don't even remember it sitting poorly in my gut, so much as I hated having a dry mouth from running and that nasty beer taste in my mouth.

And that, my friends, is how I roll.
