Um.........100lbs with the rope curls and...40's for DB curls.

Thanks. I've refocused my routine/attitude over the past couple of weeks. I'm not letting much get me down...I've been doing better in the gym because of it.

They bother me when my shoulders are already sore. I can normally do slow reps & focus on keeping my form tight...if I'm good, then I don't feel it in my shoulders. If I get even a tiny bit sloppy, I feel it. That was my first time doing any type of curl in a long time. And sometimes it doesn't matter, it just hurts. I don't even remember if they bothered me when I did them yesterday...or the day before yesterday. Long day today...blah
