Here I go. Want to start by saying that the training I will be doing for the next 2-3 months is not based on D.C. But if any of the experienced guys out there see me going in a bad direction, please by all means let me know

Feeling a little weak. Hams seated leg curls 13,15,12 x 160 Quads Leg Press 10 x 810 20 x 630 Had a good work out. A couple new exercises for me.
