Well I am convinced that I live in Barrazo world. This last week my cardio has not really happend much. I did do cardio yesterday but not my whole work out so I didnt post it. Basically because of my stupid toe. But I was fine with it and just used it at as a recoup/recovery week.
My weight has been somwhat stuck in the 271 range although I have been very strick with my meals.
So yesterday we went out and I just stuffed my face. 2 bowls of chips and salsa, chili verde burrito with sour cream, cheese, beans....then I ate some of the wife's aswell.
So lets see...min. cardio this week, eat a huge meal yesterday and finanlly my weight drops to under 270lbs...268lbs as of today
