Curls 4 x 7-8 x 50's Rope curls 3 x 10+ x 140 cardio 20min threadmill My f'n legs are killing me. It really wasnt much of a workout yesterday, the only thing I could think of was doing the triple drop set. O knew I was in trouble when they starting hurting last night. Right now just going up or down a curb freaken hurts:biglaugh: |
