No, total. I normally will go up to 18 plates, just depends how I feel. Like today I felt like doing "fast" reps so I keep the weight down. I really try to keep it at a min of 12 reps, but I like to go higher when posible

My f'n legs are killing me. It really wasnt much of a workout yesterday, the only thing I could think of was doing the triple drop set. O knew I was in trouble when they starting hurting last night. Right now just going up or down a curb freaken hurts
