Thanks, I sorta got you to thank for getting back into bench pressing. I saw that video you posted and was like " I need to start benching again".

its nothing like getting under that good ole barbell and your using a good amount of volume. i love volume. i cant wait to get back to doing some of it :( 2 more weeks

Standing Calf Mach

Leg press wore me out, probably cause I start out with 6 plates and add 2 plates each warm up set till I get to my working set of 18 plates

goodnight, gotta get up in 5 1/2 hours to hit the gym and go to work
