Squats 5x5 (3 plates +10)
Bench 3x5 (2 plates + 20) -- Only had the energy for three sets after squats.
JS Rows 5x5 (2 plates +5)
Close Grip 3x10 (1 plate + 25)

Squats new PR for 5x5, really good form. Lacked energy for bench so I did 3x5.

Congrats on the PR. I'm sure it was worth sacrificing the bench press for a workout.

Thanks guys, your comments mean a lot.

Front Squats
2 plates plus 5 (3x5)

Shoulder Press
1 plate plus 5 (5x5)

Dead Lifts
4 plates plus 10 (3x5)

Pull ups
BW (3x5)

No time for arms or core. I have never been serious on arms, I always focus on my major lifts. But I shouldnt become lazy, afterall I still have a bber side.

Olympic Squats:
3x45 (5 Reps)
3x45+10 (5 reps)
3x45+15 (5 reps)
3x45 +20 (5 reps)

JS Rows 5x5
2 plates + 5 (5x5)

Someone was telling my squat were not a smooth motion during my heavy reps. Once on the ground I tend move my back slightly forward then thrust up.

I didnt think my back was the issue, i have no trouble with heavy good mornings or deads.

Ive lost about 4 lbs this week. I was shifting apartments so I had to do a lot of manual labor with very little food. Strength is just under my best.

I am actually leaving the country for good on Friday. So I will my best to keep posting.

Today did
45 45 5 (5x5) Front Squats
45 5 (3x5) Shoulder Press
Deadlifts 4x45 (3x5)

Will try and get weight up by 2 lbs before I leave.
