This sounds fairly brutal. During this time has your energy dropped drastically?

My energy levels during the day are fine until I start doing my workouts, then I have problems as I get tired easily. My back workouts are especially brutal, deadlifts being the worse. I have been getting around this by splitting up my back/shoulder day and doing each muscle group a few hours apart or taking long rests.

The further into the week I am, the harder the workout is so I am trying to move my workouts closer to my carbup days. At hrdgains suggestion I just bought some Citrulline Malate which I hope will help with energy levels pre workout.

yeah my energy is for shit right now too. and deadlifts are dam near impossible. I was very close to falling asleep on the leg press machine on tuesday.

but its all worth it, and my lifts are still strong so you gotta fight through it.

what isnt making you stronger is killing you.

Another week and another pound down. My scale is actually saying around 1.5 lbs, but I'll just say its closer to 1 because I don't trust the scale much.

This was a damn near impossible week for me. I have some serious stomach flu and I don't think the CKD is helping me because of all the fat I am consuming. I had to go to the doctors twice and give specimens to see what is causing my problem since I've had it for a week. She is pretty sure the CKD isn't causing it, but the large amounts of fat isn't helping my stomach in her opinion. Because of this my cardio was nearly non existent this week as I felt horrible when I tried to do it. Hopefully the doctor can figure out whats wrong with my stomach and give me some meds because this is starting to hurt my workouts.

I have found that my weight flucuates alot during the week going up and down, but by Wednesday it continually drops until my weigh in on Saturday. This is supposedly normal and since I'm comparing numbers on the same day each week I am not concerned about it.

I added in r-ala, Citrulline malate, and some BCAA's on friday so we will see how much this helps.

Until next week...
