Workout A
Squat
3x5 - 150lbs

Bench
2x5 - 135lbs
1x4 - 135lbs

Dead
1x5 - 185lbs

Dips +10lbs - 8/4

Man, I felt tired all day and it really showed in the gym. I was struggling like crazy to get my lifts in. Sure hope Friday is a better day.
