Sorry about that. I deleted the vids, but I'll post them back up for you today or tomorrow. Just don't expect too much.

Forgot to post up the last few workouts. Been a good week as my motivation is super high right now. I increased both my bench and the dead, and I feel like I can add another 10lbs to the dead every workout. Funny how some exercises I despise and some I love. I love the dead.

Workout B
Squat
3x5 - 160lbs

Overhead Press
3x5 - 85lbs

Pull Ups - 5/4

Curls - 3x5 - 75lbs

I'm finally ready to add 5lbs to the squat after this week. I think I just needed to man up. It's still heavy as hell. But if I'm getting 3 sets of 5, there's no reason not to keep going. Also, some days I feel great on the pull-ups, others I feel like I can't even support my own weight...odd. I added curls to this workout out too. I hope it's not a bad idea, I just wanted to try to add a little size to my arms. I'm up almost 30lbs now from when I started, and I still feel like I have small arms.

Workout A
Squat
3x5 - 160lbs

Bench
3x5 - 145lbs

Dead
1x5 - 205lbs

Dips +10lbs - 4/3

Felt great during Thursdays workout. My only disappointment was the dips. I was spent before I even started, but I think that could have had something with the increase in the bench. Atleast I'm hoping that's the reason. Tomorrow is workout B again, and I'm sore as hell today from working yesterday. Hope that doesn't slow me down.

There are guys who are good at pushing and guys who are good at pulling. You may just be a guy who is better at pulling. I'm that way. I can always do better at deads. Play to your strengths! Frankly, if I had to pick one anyway I'd pick deads

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Just completed todays workout. Felt really, really good today. Not only did I up my squats, I upped the curl and also could have easily upped my press. Only thing I didn't make any progress on today was the pull-up. If I don't start seeing an improvement in those over the next week or two, I'm switching back to rows. Getting back to the squat, I wish I knew why the hell I was making such a big deal out of them. I added 5lbs to them, and I think I could have added another 5. Debating on adding weight on Wed, or finishing the week out at this weight. Is it bad to add weight 2 workouts in a row? I also started my pre/post workout shakes today, so not sure if that's why I was feeling strong. Taste wise it wasn't bad, but there's a strange aftertaste I'm trying to get used to. I did eat a single pretzel stick afterwards to get the taste out of my mouth, hope that doesn't affect the shake.

Workout B
Squat
3x5 - 165lbs

Overhead Press
3x5 - 85lbs

Pull Ups - 5/4

Curls - 3x5 - 80lbs

Oh, and HIThopper, I just remembered that I forgot to post that vid up. I'll get it done and PM ya.

Another workout down, and some more progress made. Added another 5lbs to the squat and 10 more to the dead. Feel like I can add another 5lbs to the squat on Friday which is kinda funny. I spent weeks stuck at one weight, now I've added 15lbs to it in just 1 week. Only thing that I wasn't happy with was that I missed 2 reps on the bench, but I think that's due to a form problem in my squat believe it or not. I know how I'm supposed to hold the bar against my back, but for some reason my wrists seem to rotate under the bar which tires out my arms. Need to fix that before it becomes a bigger problem. But one thing at a time I guess.

Workout A
Squat
3x5 - 170lbs

Bench
2x5 - 145lbs
1x3 - 145lbs

Dead
1x5 - 215lbs

Dips +10lbs - 8/3

Feeling pretty good right now, just don't know how much longer I can keep adding 5lbs to the squat this quickly. And I'm done with pull-ups for now. I'm sure they're a great exercise, but maybe I need to be further along before I do them. I can't make any progress at all on them.

Workout B
Squat
3x5 - 175lbs

Overhead Press
3x5 - 90lbs

Pull Ups - 5/3

Curls - 3x5 - 80lbs
