Monday was a great work out
Bench 3x10 140lbs
Tricep pushdowns 3x10 50lbs
Bicep curls 3x10 70 lbs (100 lbs 5x) just for fun
Did what a friends calls burnouts on the bench...
start off with 100 lbs ten times, take off 20 lbs each time and to that numbers rep (80 lbs 8x's, 60 lbs 6x's so on and so forth)
till your lifting just the bar. Then work your way back up, holy shit what a burn
tuesday had a lazy day... went to see "The Dark Knight"
Wednesday Cardio Ran a mile
Thursday Bench 2x's10 140 lbs 1x's5 150 lbs
Dumbel flyes 3x's10 50 lbs (25 each hand)
Preacher curls 3x10 40 lbs
hammer curls 3x10 25 lbs
Barbell curls 3x10 50lbs
Weighted sit up 3xs20 (25lbs)
I feel good as of today alot more sore than using the machines in the "gym" so i think i'll mix it up some from week to week. I have another work out tonight after work, doing some lower body so bye for now.
