Rows: 3x8x160 form was... well, remember the whale humping the titanic? It wasn't quite that epically bad...
As of today, I am done cutting. I am through with a) being small, b) not making strength gains, c) wasting time. Honestly, I'm not as thin as I want to be... like I've said before, I have a real
hard time losing weight. I could have started bulking 2 months ago and there wouldn't really have been a difference. Frustrating, but everyone has their demons. Point is, it's time to cut the losses and start making gains again
Starting to look into some supplements and programs, I need to spend some time with that tomorrow and I'll make a post in the training forum before finalizing the decision
