to answer your question... every other day at most. but dont neglect your legs and dont be a pansy about squats, no pads and go down till your knees are atleast at 90. i used to do about 30x5 a week with my old coach, and i gained 50 pounds on my 1RM every 4 months, so that works well. so basicly do a 10x5 mwf. and eat like your a fat man like me
. food is friendly. other then that just focus on compound lifts, like bench deadlift and squat, leave the little lifts for your off days as much as you can.
