Same here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with flexing and checking yourself out in the mirror. It gives will give you an idea which muscles needs more work and definition.

It Depends. Theoretically, you'll get faster results if you set it higher, but it will be pretty uncomfortable. You should build up your tolerance. But there is more to toning your abs than this.
