I've got a new dead lift style. Place the bar on something so that the bar is even height with your knees. More weight, less stress on the quads, and hams.

i need some help. i get 45 minutes every Monday, and Wensday to lift. but i get all the time i need on the weekends to lift. what should my new be, and be scheduled? :confused:

16, with 16" guns, and 22" legs
:cool: I still need improvement on lowerbody. 250 squats, and 315 deadlifts just don't cut it anymore :mad:
