My goal is to gain more muscle. So I will eat a little more and allow growing more fat at the same time, will do cut a few month later.

Do I have enough rest?
My routine is training 3 days for different body parts and rest the 4th day. From what I read I may not have enough rest. I tried to rest 4th and 5th day, then on 6th day as I train I feel kind of...

Do I eat too much If my abdom start bumping up?
I started training at 50 and have gained 15 pounds muscle in 2.5 years. I have a thin bone frame and had been physically weak before 50. My situation may be unique since most people here are younger....
