What kinds of aminos are you talking about?
I use BCAA's while dieting, usually its a day long process, I mix them in with my water and simp through the day.
I know of many others who use bcaa/eaa pre/durring/post to aid in recovery. I've done this and it helps IMO, although I stopped taking whey all together and "superdosed" the eaa's.
I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.
