Animal Pack - Worth the money?
I was pricing out some supplements when I stumbled across this "animal pack"-
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/animalpak.html
I can't even pronounce half of the amino acids and performance optimizers so I was hoping you guys could tell me if this is something to consider or if I should just save my money.
I already take a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin C, green tea, whey protein, and creatine monohydrate.

We sell them for $35. I didn't consider that they're cheaper everywhere else on Earth. So here is a breakdown:
The only thing I don't like about the multi is that it isn't loaded with B vitamins. It's a mediocre multi...not great, but not bad.
The performance optimizer has some cool stuff in it. I think it's worthwhile...especially since there are so many different things in it.
Amino acid blend - duh...that's what your protein is for. It looks like they would have at least put in all EAA's. And they didn't put in enough BCAA's IMO.
EFA Complex - Why in the world did they add an Omega 6 EFA and an Omega 9 EFA and not put in any Omega 3's? Blows my mind...! Most people get LOADS of lineoleic acid already...and plenty of oleic acid. I would guess because it's cheaper. Some EPA & DHA would have been awesome. Oh well.
The digestive enzymes are good. They do LOTS of things other than helping with digestion. I believe they can help with recovery.

I think it is not the best use of your money. You can get better stuff at or below the same price.

I agree...especially considering that the large Animal Pak (44 packs) is only 22 days worth.

The large pack lasts 22 days? Then, they should make a 'Beast Pack" They seem pretty good/convenient to me, but pricey.

Ok, I was just woundering. I'll save the money then and spend it on something worth while, like a 6-pack of budweiser. I alwayse get results from that supplement.

I think they are good but I agree that if you get them at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC they are expensive. So, just get them on Ebay, they are very reasonable, and I do think they are good vitamins.
