They're very nearly the same thing. The super mass gainer has a serving size of 334g and the mega gainer has a serving size of 125g. The super mass gainer has a retarded amount of carbs per serving. The mega gainer has more protein per serving. The super mass gainer has more vitamins & minerals. The mega gainer would make a better PWO shake.

Basically it just boils down to the fact that the mega gainer has more protein than the super mass gainer. I'd go with the mega gainer personally. You don't drink shakes for the carbs unless it's PWO, and even then you'd be better off with more protein in the shake than what's in the super mega gainer. The mega gainer has a decent 3:1 ratio of carbs to protein.
