Default Interested in a Thermogenic...

Hi guys,

Im very interested in purchsing a thermogenic, but because of all the variety out there I am stumped when it comes to buying one. I have been doing gym for 5 months at a professional gym, and they give me a new paper with various routines each month, so im always doing something differnet.

I go to gym every day, varying muscles so that I dont do the same muslces two days in a row; my sessions last about an hour and a half, ( with a friend ) and usually do 30 mins aerobic exercise afterwards.

I know that thermogenics help weight loss by increasing body temperature, though as stated above I have no clue which to buy. I have no alergies to caffine and to anything in my general knowledge.
I take creatine an hour before doing gym, and a protein bar or shake with creatine after aswell.

I hope somebody can be of help!

Thanks in advance
Josh

One of the only worthwhile "fat burners" is the ECA stack. Almost all the other supplements I see are garbage when it come to helping with fat burning.

But keep this in mind--the ECA stack works primarily by reducing your appetite. It's a little misleading to think that you burn thousands of calories by the thermogenic action of a supplement.
