So I've been on this for almost 1 month. Can't really say much about it , but I do get the tingy feeling ( mostly in the face ) when I take it on an empty stomach , only.

I'm taking 2100mg , 3 x a day.

i've been back on for a month or so...and the tingles are finally going away....i used to get them really bad in the upper back, neck, and forearms. definitely a weird feeling.

I'm using caps.

Only happens on an empty stomach.
