As far as I know, your body doesnt necessarily store all the creatine you would've taken over the time you were taking it. Your muscles would absorb it and use most of it up, although your levels would still be above normal. Creatine helps alot with workout energy and allows you to have more energy later on in the workout than you normally would. You'd normally use creatine in cycles also, so say for instance your cycle is one month; week 1 would be your loading phase, then week 2 and 3 are maintenance phases and week 4 would be off. So you could actually be at the start of the next cycle in the loading phase, which means you didn't really waste any creatine. Please correct me if I am wrong.
