Currently 219lbs, thirst has died down but still thirsty as usual. I do like the convenience of the pills and my strength is currently up. I just posted some pics. My BF is approx 12%. will keep you updated.

Just a quick snipit. My pumps have been crazy lately. I feel like I'm going to bust out of my skin. Still thirsty all the time and my knees are hurting off and on.

I've cut back to 2 a day and some of the pain in my legs/knees have subsided. I haven't really noticed any remarkable differences between this and regular creatine mono but other than I felt a little fuller. I do have to admit the pills are very convenient. Still curious about the leg pain and when I quit the CEE well see if there was any relation.
