I just picked up some bulk CM as I decided to give this stuff a whirl as a pre-workout supplement.
For those of you who are currently using citrulline malate or have before, what is your recommended dosage? BN's article says "The effective dosages commonly seen in the literature is three to four grams twice daily
" but I want to see what you guys have to say.
Also, do you just use one dose in your Pre-Workout shake or do you split it up throughout the day?
Any advice would be great.
