Hi. I have been looking at other threads trying to decide on a creatine that is lighter on the wallet than the Cell-Tech I have now.
I see abbreviations for things and well, I'm pretty dumb in this (newb). Can you recommend a creatine and who makes it so I can look it up please? I went to the bulknutrition and like the sight and the prices.
Also I noticed a lot of posts suggesting fish oil, and is it flax? I have a bottle of Hi-Health's mens multi-vitamin, will this do as a daily or is there one better? One that has everything in one happy little pill?
