creatine and eating?
ok i know you should take creatine on a empty stomach and with pure dextrose for best results, but how long do you wait till you can eat without it effecting the results and if you eat before taking creatine how long should you wait till you take it

I wouldn't worry that much about the empty stomach. You just take your creatine regularly for long enough and you will achieve saturation. It is not a magic bullet and ANY supplement that calls for an "empty" stomach is a supplement to avoid. Food is more important than supplements...PERIOD.
NEVER let a supplement control your diet.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

You can mix creatine with grape juice as well.

You know, I keep hearing people say that, and I suppose most juices have a ton of sugar in them. But whats the point of spending all that money on juice, when 5lbs of dextrose cost less then 5 bucks, and will last you months?

You really don't even have to have dextrose.

I'm fairly certain creatine needs a glucose carrier to get into the blood stream. Dextrose is just one cheap option.

No, bro you are behind the times, haha. What the reasearch has shown, and as you know, with creatine, there is lots of it, is that you can pretty much mix is with whatever, and, as stated previously, take it regularly for long enough and you get saturation. And just with water and it will still work, just not as fast. Actually whey seems to be just as good as dextrose for promoting creatine delivary.
I'm not using creatine at the moment but I stopped worrying what it was mixed with a long time ago.

Do you have any links to data that supports that? I don't doubt you, but I'm having a hard time finding anything.
